Our Process:

Please note a $25 consultation fee is due at the completion of this form.

Upon completing this form we will reach out to follow up on the order specifications.

The order will then be created with a preview & estimated completion date that will require approval, an action plan that must be signed, and an overall estimated invoice.

At this point 1/2 of overall estimated invoice is due as a non-refundable deposit.

During the creation of your order, you will receive updates, and absolutely be notified if the project is coming in over budget (unfortunately elite yarn fluctuates in price regularly)

As the project goes on, if there are changes requested by the client, a change order must be filled out on our site. Once received, product creation stops to address the change order. An invoice and preview of the change order will be sent to client for approval and payment. Once received the project work will begin again.

We love doing custom orders! But please understand it's a one woman show and Mendy works hard to bring beautiful pieces to our clients.
